A California native, vocalist, performing artist, and creator of Moonflower Jazz, Cynthia has been singing since the age of 2 when her father taught her the first few lines of “Toot, Toot, Tootsie Goodbye”.
Stage experience includes roles in “Henry, Sweet Henry”, “Gypsy”, “No, No Nanette”, “Annie Get Your Gun”, “Cabaret”, “Mame”, “Aesop’s Fallables”, and “I Never Saw Another Butterfly”.
She has done her share of busking in the streets of France, where she also played solo gigs in small venues with her guitar and was honored to be CW’s guest on his Sonoma KSVY Radio Show in 2023. Most recently, she paired up with Alan Foster, jazz guitarist, to sing the American Songbook and has had the pleasure and privilege of singing with Dennis Hubert’s Swing Band, the Tritones, at the renowned Hydro Bar and Grill in Calistoga , California.
Coming up in January 2026, Cynthia is looking forward to musical adventures in the UK and Nashville. Recording projects are ongoing. Her Non-Profit Organization raises money for Environmental Projects.
Cynthia is very inspired and influenced by artists beloved by her : Ludwig vanBeethoven, John Denver, Yusuf/Cat Stevens, James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, Rebecca Kilgore, Ella Fitzgerald, Eartha Kitt, Phoebe Snow, and Peggy Lee, just to name a few.
Cynthia’s other passions include many forms of the healing arts, including, but not limited to, Yoga and Massage Therapy. She is a Registered Nurse and Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist and enjoys her practice at Calistoga’s Indian Springs Resort and Spa. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies, Education, and Biology.
